Sure, it's mid May but October is definitely creeping up on us and we're beyond excited! This year, Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights is not only bringing us a "Stranger Things" theme paying homage to the hit Netflix show, but they've also just announced an all new maze based on the Legendary Pictures’ cult Halloween classic Trick ‘r Treat. This experience will transport you through Warren Valley, Ohio on Halloween night to celebrate the holiday's darkest traditions. According to the press release from Universal Studios, "Guests will experience some of the film’s most grisly scenes and encounter hauntingly familiar characters. They will meander through Mr. Kreeg’s infamous house, watch as college students viciously transform into bloodthirsty werewolves and dismember the town, as well as come face-to-face with Sam – the spirit of Halloween – who readies to punish those who break the holiday’s tradition. " If that's not terrifying enough for horror movie lovers like ourselves, we don't know what is! Having attended multiple Halloween Horror Nights in the past, we know this year will not disappoint!
